About Me
Hi, I'm Nicole. I hold a Master's in Project Management (MPM) and a Master's in Information Systems Management (MISM), both of which I earned with toddlers in tow. I've been privileged with a long and varied career as a Tech Leader; during which I've driven innovation at Fortune 100 companies, Forbes Top 100 Charities, and served multiple start-ups that went on to successful exit.

I'm also a passionate advocate for women+ embracing their ambition. Women in leadership pour so much of ourselves into our teams that there is little left to nurture our own dreams. This leaves us feeling stuck between two bad choices: burn the candle at both ends and hope it will be enough to push through, or sacrifice the dreams so that there is something left of us to share with friends and family.
I believe there is a third option, aligned achievement. I'm confident we can find this better way, together.
