Introducing Her Growth Collective

Today is a big day. I’m honored to share that I will be joining a group of amazingly ambitious women, under the leadership of Tina Unrue, to launch Her Growth Collective.⠀
Why? The thing about growth is that you can hear something over and over again and sure, it fires a few synapses indicating basic comprehension has taken place. But more than likely, it’s quickly forgotten. Until one magical day, when the words fall just so… everything suddenly clicks. This isn’t a lightbulb moment; this is a fireworks moment! Your past instant replays in your brain only this time you see a multitude of events with new eyes and a renewed understanding. You shake yourself back to the present moment and realize that you just moved from having an intellectual grasp on that thing, that life theme, into a deeper meaning.
You have broken through to the other side of a learned life lesson. You. Are. Wise.⠀
Of course, life has far more than one lesson to teach us. Ambitious women spend our lives trying to collect as many of these lessons as we can. Each new lesson brings us that much closer to our best self.⠀
What was it about those words on that day?⠀
I suspect it is the particular stringing together of the words themselves. Different perspectives often open our eyes to new ways of seeing things. It would stand to reason then, that one of the fastest ways to growth on a given subject is to learn about it from many differing perspectives. Today, Her Growth Collective is bringing you just that.⠀
Going forward, the women of Her Growth Collective will be sharing our differing perspectives on important growth topics. Each topic will be a mini rabbit hole of personal growth should you chose to dive in. It’s our hope that at least one of these perspectives meets you where you are that day.⠀
