We are living in a moment where everyone is being told the same thing: "Figure out how to use AI, or risk being left behind."  CEOs are hearing this from their Boards and other advisors and, in turn, this message is coming down from the top at companies, non-profits, and even small businesses.

But before we chase technology for technology's sake, this month’s book invites us to pause and ask better questions. 

Our October/November pick is Hello World: Being Human in the Age of Algorithms by Hannah Fry.  And no, this book does not expect you to know it all.  Fry has written a refreshingly accessible book focused on helping all leaders, technical or not, understand how to think about technical innovation in a rapidly evolving world.
